At MAHAGA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality educational content. We have established a liberal cancellation and refund policy to support our customers, while maintaining fairness and clarity.

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellations:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the course has been accessed or downloaded, or if the order has been communicated to vendors and processed.

Non-Eligible Cancellations:

  • MAHAGA does not accept cancellation requests for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
  • In the case of subscriptions or time-sensitive content, cancellations will not be accepted once the service has started or the material has been delivered.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide a seamless learning experience for our customers. However, refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility:

  • If a course has not been accessed or downloaded within 7 days of purchase.
  • If there are technical issues preventing access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve them.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective materials (such as downloadable resources or course materials), please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • After reviewing the claim, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective, a refund or replacement will be provided.

Product Mismatch or Misrepresentation:

  • If the course received does not match the description provided on our website or falls short of your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Refund Processing:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@themahaga.com within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days, depending on the original method of payment.
